Terms and conditions - sale of gift certificates (vouchers)
- the validity period of issued vouchers is 6 months from the date of issue and is stated on the voucher
- the voucher can only be used for a one-time payment for consumption or service, in the amount of its nominal value
- the voucher can only be used based on a previous reservation confirmed by the seller
- the reservation is subject to the current availability of capacities and must be made sufficiently in advance so that the service can be provided during the validity period of the voucher (it is recommended that the customer requests a reservation at least 30 days in advance)
- the seller and the buyer agree that the seller may adjust the offer and price of products, goods, services, menus, etc. without prior notice - mainly due to availability, season, etc. (if at the time of use of the voucher the price of a specific purchased product, goods, services, menus, etc. in the form of a voucher is currently lower than the value of the purchased voucher, the difference is non-refundable - this applies unless the product, value of the goods or in general - the scope of the offer has changed significantly services)
- if the value of the purchased goods is higher than the nominal value of the purchased voucher, the price difference must be paid directly at the establishment
- a voucher that has already been purchased and paid cannot be exchanged for cash
- when redeeming the voucher, it is necessary for the customer to always prove himself in the printed/electronic form of the voucher.
- the seller bears no responsibility for the loss, theft, or depreciation of the voucher by the customer after handing it over to the buyer
- if the voucher is not redeemed within the agreed validity period, the right to use the service expires and the voucher is forfeited without any right to a refund or other compensation
